Site has been going down for weeks right before the exams... wow. It’s weeks! Not a few days. Avoid this platform if you don’t want to end up stuck in the most crucial time.

Normally they have good learning materials for the CFA programm but now during exam week their website keeps crashing and you can't access the materials you paid for. Worst timing ever! Also they dont reply to my mails when I ask them for support if the website crashes.

Online study platform never works. Would not recommend to any CFA candidate. Refunded and will be using other prep providers for future exams. Material was great for prior exam before platform issues. Too bad the material is useless if it wont load.

2 serious con's. One week until CFA exam and the software KEEPS crashing continuously. Secondly, their software design for the new CFA level 3 computer based exam is very, very average.

Completely unacceptable. Website has been down or very slow for days just the week before the exam. Currently, there is no way to take mock exams or to review any material. 0 customer service despite the price paid. Avoid at all cost.

The CFA Exam is literally next week, and the Kaplan portal keeps crashing and only getting worse. I dont know what to do. Today I can’t even log in to the initial page. This is really unacceptable.

Excellent content and amazing teachers!

Material in level 3 is summarised too much with no detail explanations. Also Qbank questions are very easy compared to the questions of the CFA institute.
Most of video lectures instructors are very good.

I found CFA part 1 study material simple and precise.

Classes were pretty good as were most of the instructors. Felt that some more reinforcement and questions from prior subjects should have made more appearances a long the study journey. Additionally, at times it felt some of the speakers spoke at you and werent really trying to teach but that was infrequent. Also, a huge gripe is to always show the content slides during the lectures, put the instructor in a small box and always have the info slides vissible. Additionally, the London master classes were amazing and heavily contributed to my learning at the end. The instructor was incredible, highly recommend more classes like that. Overall, worth the money.
